Learning that honors the therapist behind the work
This space is for education created with real therapists in mind. The kind who care deeply about their clients, their values, and the long arc of their careers. The kind who want a practice that feels steady and sustainable, not just successful on paper.
I’m currently developing a course for therapists who are considering a shift away from insurance and toward private pay. For many, this isn’t a simple business decision. It brings up fear about money, concern about access to care, and questions about integrity and impact.
This course is being built for that tender, complex place. The place where you want change, but also want to move carefully. Where you don’t want to burn bridges, abandon your values, or push yourself past your limits.
What this course will explore
Inside the course, we’ll look at both the practical and the personal sides of this transition.
You can expect guidance around replacing income thoughtfully, setting fees with clarity and confidence, and creating systems that reduce stress rather than add to it. We’ll also make space for the internal experience of this shift, including the guilt, fear, and self-doubt that often arise when therapists consider doing things differently.
A new course is coming…
